NextGen – Clinic.Research.Teaching.Life. is a newly launched initiative advocating for the clinical and research Mittelbau—practicing physicians, scientists, postdocs, and lecturers—within the Medical Faculty Council. Our mission: to amplify their influence on training, research infrastructure, and working conditions. We drive change through proactive dialogue, low-threshold funding, structured mentoring, and flexible career support tailored to today’s clinical-academic demands
